Meet the team

Stephen Lamont - Founder, Director & Project Management (2005)

Daniel Lamont - Print & Production Manager (2005)

Starting his career in the signage industry straight out of high school, Dan quickly became a vital part of the family business. Fast forward to today; he has become one of Queensland’s leading printer-operators. Ensuring that jobs are scheduled to be printed on time, proficient in servicing the five large format (two of them super-wide format) printers, and ensuring there’s minimal wastage of materials.

In his spare time, Dan can be found lifting weights at the gym or cooking up a storm at home.

Kia Durie - Senior Graphic Designer & Real Estate Sign Manager (2014)

Starting out in vinyl-fitting and installation, Kia completed her Diploma of Graphic Design whilst receiving on-the-job training, becoming our full time in-house Graphic Designer. Shortly after, we had her take over our real estate division of our company, and manages the daily sign orders with our print team and installers, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on-time.

If she’s not travelling, Kia can be found training in the gym (Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & MMA), at the beach, or studying her Bachelor of Sports & Exercise Science.

Chris Matthews - Finishing Manager (2017)

Ever since we purchased our Miller Weldmaster t300, Chris has proven to be the best welder-operator in our company, patiently training our apprentices to be proficient in running the welder themselves. Chris is also proficient in running our Esko Kongsberg cutting table. His attention to detail and thorough observations of finishing quality and packing serves him strongly in his role.

In his spare time Chris is a skilled artist; drawing detailed animals, designing logos, and keeping active with tennis.

Jarrad Parker - Qualified Signwriter & Installation Manager (2019)

Our fully qualified sign-writer, Jarrad, can often be found out on site installing our customers’ signs. Along with his years of experience in the signage industry and his site management skills, Jarrad has proven to be an integral part of our team. One of his most vital roles is training our apprentices to be proficient in all aspects of sign production, fabrication & installation - all while keeping it fun!

When he's not at work, Jarrad can be found playing AFL for his local team, playing soccer, or playing guitar.

Hannah Thomas - Second Year Signwriter Apprentice (2019)

For the last two years, Hannah has been learning the tricks of the trade working hard with Jarrad out on site as an installation team, and in the production warehouse preparing your jobs. Hannah’s problem solving skills go hand-in-hand with Jarrad’s knowledge of installation, which makes them an efficient hard working team.

Hannah, in her spare time, can be found training in the gym (Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & MMA) or when she’s not training for an upcoming MMA fight... napping.

Taylah Lamont - Receptionist & Scheduling Coordinator (2020)

With previous experience in logistics in the fuel industry and customer service in wholesale & trade building products, Taylah has used these skills in a role in the office as our job scheduler. Taylah can be found at our reception desk, ensuring our clients are met with a smile, our quotes get out on time, and that everyone’s meetings and installation jobs aren’t clashing.

In her spare time Taylah can be found in the gym, exploring North Queensland, or at home studying a Bachelor of Laws.

Jamielee Forsdick - Print & Production Assistant (2021)

Coming from a solid background in print, Jamielee can be found out on the production floor learning to run three of our large format printers; our Scitex FB550, and our Latex 360 & 570.

Jamielee loves travelling to explore the world, and spending time with friends and family.
